The PistachioFD is no ordinary Mazda RX-7. With its distinctive green livery, massive LTO bodykit, and aggressive stance, this car commands attention wherever it goes. But it's not just about looks - under the hood lies a monstrous Gooichi built Mercedes M120 V12 race engine with goals of 1000 NA horsepower, making this one of the most extreme RX-7s in the world. If you're a fan of this car, or just curious about what went into its creation, you'll want to check out the latest video from legendary automotive photographer and videographer Larry Chen. In the PistachioFD Build Breakdown, Larry takes us through the key features of this remarkable machine, from the custom bodywork to the engine swap. But it's not just a technical overview - Larry also captures the beauty and drama of PistachioFD with his signature style and attention to detail. So if you're ready for some automotive eye candy, head over to Larry Chen's YouTube channel and check out the PistachioFD Build Breakdown. You won't be disappointed!

What a whirlwind of a SEMA trip it was for us. With out a doubt it was the most intense stressful SEMA trip we ever have made. Delays with the paint/bodywork caused us to scramble with all hands on deck working 24/7 the week prior to SEMA. Although we didn't finish the car 100% we did our best and made a straight 40+ hour drive to Las Vegas, not even knowing if the car would be excepted to be displayed in the Toyo Treadpass.

We are proud to debut something we have been working on for quite some time. Introducing our line of slotted GMS shift knobs! The retro modern design was stylized after 70s era Porsche knobs incorporating some touches of minimalist style. We wanted to bring something fresh to the market. The slotted design not only is visually appealing but adds surface area to the knob which allows for a unique extreme grip experience.

Well the 2019 50th Anniversary Hot Wheels Legends Tour was a blast! It is the world's largest international traveling car show! We were lucky enough to be asked to be a celebrity judge at both the Atlanta and hometown Miami stops, bringing out Pistachio to both events! The Legends Tour is a car show unlike any other! The cars entered are about as diverse as you will see, from rat rods, to import cars, to crazy creations that don't fit into any category! These events showcase and celebrate creativity, authenticity, and garage spirit. If you think your ride has any of these, or if you just want to check out some cool rides, check the Hot Wheels Legends page listed below for a stop near you!

After SEMA we got the call to come out to the Hoonigan burnyard. With a brand new HGT Precision Sequential transmission, and a whole back halfed GMS Solid axle rear end... completely untested... what could go wrong? But how could we say no to shreading tires! FULL SEND!

It's finally catching on... Three years ago, RJ de Vera of Meguiar's and I pulled our heads together to create something called the Super Street SEMA Awards. We didn't have any sponsors or big budgets to work with; we were just two car guys who loved our industry and wanted to do something about bringing recognition to the builders who go unnoticed at the SEMA Show every year. These individuals don't have a huge team of workers or deep pockets on their side, but they have a dream, they bust their asses, and they embody what it means to be a standout car builder in our community. A big congrats goes out to Sam Morris, Jason Pham, and Ryan Basseri.
